Who processes your data

Enquiries and services

We process your name, phone number or email, municipality, requested service and optional company, property type, frequency, preferred date and comments. We also keep the handling status, relevant correspondence and necessary internal notes. Required fields are needed to process the form; you may contact us by phone instead. Do not send sensitive information or access codes.

We use these details to reply, prepare an offer and deliver agreed services. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For company and homeowners’ association representatives, we rely on our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Mandatory records are retained to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries and related correspondence are retained for 12 months after closure. Deletion also covers email mailboxes, not just the administration system. For agreed services, necessary data is kept during performance and subsequently according to statutory retention requirements for the document concerned. Where a specific dispute or legal claim requires it, only necessary data is kept for the duration of that matter.

Moving an enquiry to the bin is not permanent deletion. Deleting it from the application does not itself remove delivered emails or backup copies. Their deletion or restricted use is handled separately. You can request information about the retention and deletion of your particular data.

Service providers and transfers

Authorised personnel access data to handle enquiries and maintain the system. We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for the database and administrator authentication, Resend for system emails, THINline for receiving domain email, and Google/Gmail for forwarded email and correspondence.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Their documentation describes transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, for eligible certified recipients, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can request information or a copy of the safeguards applicable to your data at info@fulluxe.cz.

Security, cookies and maps

Technical information including IP addresses and request details is processed to deliver and protect the website. The form uses a derived IP identifier to prevent spam. Our legitimate interest is secure operation; technical records serve security and incident handling for the necessary period.

The website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Security may require technical cookies; administrator sign-in uses browser session storage.

The interactive Google map loads only after a click. Your browser then connects to Google and shares technical information, including your IP address; Google may use its own cookies. Activating the map is optional and the address is also available as text. Reload the page to stop loading the map; this does not erase data already transmitted.

Testimonials

Testimonials display a name or chosen identifier, rating and text. Testimonials supplied for our website with consent are retained until consent is withdrawn or we stop using them. You can withdraw consent at info@fulluxe.cz.

Reviews labelled Google originate from our public business profile and are copied to the website manually. They are Google reviews, not separate reviews submitted on our website. Contact us to correct or remove a copied review from our website. Changes on our website do not change the original on Google.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact info@fulluxe.cz. Identity checks are proportionate to the request. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; any lawful extension is explained. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Enquiries are not subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The service translation tool does not automatically send enquiries or customer reviews to AI.
